In the case of offshore, design safety DfS, PtD, DfCS, etc. are used to reduce the construction industry disaster. The government has also institutionalized the Design for Safety since 2016, but the activation is less than expected. The purpose of this study is to present a framework for integrated management of construction safety that includes a multi-matrix risk assessment model that can secure the safety of workers effectively at the construction stage by linking the Design for Safety at the design stage and the safety management plan establishment at the construction stage.
