Also energy consumption ratio of building in total energy consumption is getting increasing. Therefore, development of building materials needs for energy saving. PCM (Phase change material) has a good potential because it stored heat energy as a form of latent heat during phase change. However, application of PCM as itself for building material is difficult due to its phase stability of liquid state. It can overcome through the microencapsulated PCM (MEPCM). A many studies had analyzed that PCM has good potential as application for various fields. This paper indicates the c
