The information of ACPs was obtained through the written questionnaires from 16 companies of all 27 that produce those. The production amounts of the asbestos containing gasket were 70 ton in 2004, 90 ton in 2005, and 55 ton in 2006 in 4 companies and the that of asbestos friction materials were 435.5 ton in 2004, 540.4 ton in 2005, and 454.3 ton in 2006 in 10 companies. The type and number of ACPs were asbestos cement and 19 products in 2 companies, asbestos friction materials and 47 in 18, asbestos joint sheets and 12 in 4, asbestos textile products and
