Prefabricated buildings have different characteristics from ordinary buildings, multilateral consideration is needed when acquiring architectural certification. Among certification categories for large housing complexes, few of them can be applied to small- and medium-sized buildings, meaning that it is difficult for these buildings to obtain higher ratings. Hence, it is necessary to consider introducing certification systems and target ratings for these buildings. 보급형 해외 주택시장 진출을 위한 복합화 건축기술 개발 기획 Hybrid construction technology development planning for affordable housing markets abroad 저자명 이세현 소속기관 한국건설기술연구원 문서유형 동향/연구보고서 발행정보 한국건설기술연구원 |2014년 |한국어 서지링크 KISTI  <초록>​ 2000년대 이후 한국의 해외 진출은 괄목할만한 성장을 이루어 왔으며 2012년 기준수주액 기준으로 세계 6위 규모를 자랑하고 있다. 그러나 국가간 또는 기업간 경쟁이 심화되면서 해외진출에 따른 경제적 이익 효과가 점차 감소하고 있는 상황이다. 지금까지의 해외건설이 플랜트 또는 SOC 분야에 집중되고 상대적으로 건축, 주택 진출은 미약한 수준이었다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 해외 보급형 개도국 주택건설 진출 활성화를 위하여 각 지역의 문화, 기후, 지리적 요건 등의 특성을 반영한 중장기 로드맵을 제시하고 이에 따른 진출 모델 수립과 과제제안요구서 작성하는 것을 주요 연구목표로 하고 있다.
