For this purpose, the categorization of green technologies was classified into resource reduction technology, energy saving technology, and energy production technology. After investigation of green technologies which were applied to apartment buildings, BFS concrete technology was proposed in resource reduction technology and LED lamp, low-e window, dimming control technology were contained within energy saving technology and solar system, a geothermal system, the solar thermal system were proposed in energy production technology. The EEI is a concept implicating rate of environmental performance and economic performance. Also, the concept of EEI is establishing a judgme
