The total design strategies were included combining passive design, active design, renewable energy generation and BEMS (building energy management system). Finally, the primary energy consumption was calculated to 137.2 kWh/m2.y and CO2 emission was 27.0 kg/m2. The building energy efficiency rating was evaluated 1++ grade. Preliminary certification for ZEB was acquired through the energy consumption/generation calculation using the ECO2 official simulation program.
