Post occupancy evaluation questionnaire method was used. Their preference about environment-friendly apartment has increased higher as they were living in. Most of satisfaction ratings on planning factors showed positive but the range of facility usage was shown limited. The residents considered sustainable interior environment more important than the exterior but in practice it is emphasized the opposite. In Korea, pre-considerations of environment-conscious factors in buildings have been taken to be critical with new constructions and renovation markets.
