여건불리 근린생활시설 부지에서의 건축 디자인 향상 방안-행정중심복합도시 BA 제도 활용을 중심으로 저자 김영환 소속 청주대학교 학술지정보 한국지적정보학회지 발행정보 한국지적정보학회 2017년 자료제공처 NRF 주제분야 사회과학 > 지역/지리 ​ #건축디자인 , #여건불리부지 , #BA제도 , #건축심의 , #행정중심복합도시 , #녹색건축인증연구소 , #친환경건축 ​ <초록> 본 연구는 부지면적이 협소하거나 세장비가 커서 합리적인 건축계획을 수립하기 어려운 여건불리 근린생활시설부지에서 건축 디자인을 향상시키기 위한 실천적 방안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 행정중심복합도시 내 여건불리 근린생활시설 부지 중 BA(Block Architect) 방식으로 진행된 3-2생활권 근린생활시설용지 내 사업대상지(C3블록)를 중심으로 사례연구를 통해 건축 디자인 향상 방안의 도출 과정, BA 가이드라인의 내용 분석, 건축계획에의 반영 과정 및 결과, BA 제도 활용의 성과, 향후 시사점 등을 제시하였다. 연구의 결과 여건불리 근린생활시설 부지에서 BA 제도를 활용하는 경우 토지이용의 효율성 제고, 교통 환경의 개선, 도시경관의 제고 등의 측면에서 다양한 건축계획 요소를 활용하여 건축 디자인의 향상에 기여할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다 ​ 저희   (주)한국녹색인증원은  ' 지속가능한 저탄소 녹색건축인증 기술연구소 '의 전문기업으로 설립되어,  빠른 제도 변화와 변 모하는 건설환경에 이바지하고자 합니다.  (주))한국녹색인증원은  건축, 도시, 생태분야가   녹색건축물 에 접목될 수 있도록  적절한 요소분석을 통해   에너지 절감형 건축, 자생적 생태환경, 온열환경, 빛환경 의 면밀한 조사와 연구로  고객의 삶의 질 향상 및 더 나아가 인류의 존속성에 ...
