  석면피해구제법 시행령[시행 2021. 7. 6.] [시행 2021. 7. 6.] [대통령령 제31876호, 2021. 7. 6., 일부개정] ​ 제1장 총칙 제1조(목적) 이 영은 「석면피해구제법」에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다. 제2조(정의) ① 「석면피해구제법」(이하 “법”이라 한다) 제2조제2호에서 “대통령령으로 정하는 질병”이란 미만성 흉막비후(미漫性 胸膜肥厚)를 말한다.  <신설 2013. 5. 22.> ②법 제2조제5호에서 “대통령령으로 정하는 금품”이란 「소득세법」 제12조제3호에 따른 비과세 근로소득을 말한다.  <개정 2013. 5. 22.> 제3조(적용범위) 법 제3조에서 “대통령령으로 정하는 법령”이란 다음 각 호의 법령을 말한다.  <개정 2018. 9. 18., 2020. 6. 9.> 1. 「산업재해보상보험법」 2. 「공무원 재해보상법」 3. 「군인 재해보상법」 4. 「선원법」 5. 「어선원 및 어선 재해보상보험법」 6. 「사립학교교직원 연금법」 제2장 구제급여 등 제4조(석면피해인정기준) 법 제6조제4항 본문에 따른 석면피해인정기준은 별표 1과 같다. 제5조(진찰ㆍ검사 등 관련 비용의 지원) 법 제6조제8항에서 “대통령령으로 정하는 자”란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 말한다.  <개정 2018. 5. 15.> 1. 법 제44조제1항에 따라 「한국환경산업기술원법」에 따른 한국환경산업기술원(이하 “기술원”이라 한다)으로부터 진찰 및 검사 등을 받을 것을 요구받은 사람 2. 법 제44조제2항에 따른 건강피해에 대한 조사를 받은 사람 중 「국민기초생활 보장법」 제2조제1호에 따른 수급권자 또는 「의료급여법」 제3조제1항에 따른 수급권자 3. 그 밖에 석면피해인정을 위하여 진찰 및 검사가 필요한 사람으로서 환경부장관이 경제적 사정 등을 이유로 지원이 필요하다고 인정하는 사람 제6조(석면피해인정의 유효기간 등) ① 법 제7조제1항에 따른 석면피해인정
