독도의 지속가능한 이용에 관한 법률 시행령 [시행 2021. 1. 5.] [시행 2021. 1. 5] [대통령령 제31380호, 2021. 1. 5, 타법개정] 해양수산부(해양영토과) 044-200-5354, 5353 제1조(목적) 이 영은 「독도의 지속가능한 이용에 관한 법률」에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 관하여 필요한 사항을 정함을 목적으로 한다. 제2조(사전협의) 중앙행정기관의 장 및 지방자치단체의 장이 독도와 독도 주변 해역의 생태계 또는 해양수산자원에 영향을 미치는 사업 또는 행위를 하고자 하는 경우에는 미리 해양수산부장관의 의견을 들어야 한다. 다만, 「문화재보호법」 제35조에 따라 허가받은 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2007. 8. 17., 2008. 2. 29., 2008. 9. 26., 2010. 12. 29., 2012. 8. 13., 2013. 3. 23.> 제3조(경미한 기본계획의 변경) 「독도의 지속가능한 이용에 관한 법률」(이하 “법”이라 한다) 제4조제4항 단서에서 “대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항을 변경하는 경우”라 함은 다음 각 호의 경우를 말한다. <개정 2012. 8. 13., 2014. 6. 30.> 1. 법 제5조제2호부터 제12호까지의 규정에 따른 기본계획과 관련하여 해당 사업기간을 2년 이내에서 변경하거나 사업명칭을 변경하는 경우 2. 법 제5조제13호에 따른 경비를 100분의 30 이내의 범위 안에서 변경하는 경우 제4조(시행계획의 작성) ①법 제6조제2항의 규정에 따라 작성하는 시행계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. 1. 당해 연도의 사업추진방향 2. 사업별 세부추진계획 3. 사업별 투자계획 ②해양수산부장관은 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사(이하 “시ㆍ도지사”라 한다)로부터 매년 2월말까지 제1항의 규정에 따른 시행계획과 관련한 의견을 제출받아 4월 30일까지 법 제7조의 규정에 따른 독도지속가능이용위원회(이하 “위원회
