국민건강증진법[시행 2022. 6. 22.]   [시행 2022. 6. 22.] [법률 제18606호, 2021. 12. 21., 일부개정] 제1장 총칙 제1조(목적) 이 법은 국민에게 건강에 대한 가치와 책임의식을 함양하도록 건강에 관한 바른 지식을 보급하고 스스로 건강생활을 실천할 수 있는 여건을 조성함으로써 국민의 건강을 증진함을 목적으로 한다. 제2조(정의) 이 법에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같다.  <개정 2016. 3. 2., 2019. 12. 3.> 1. “국민건강증진사업”이라 함은 보건교육, 질병예방, 영양개선, 신체활동장려, 건강관리 및 건강생활의 실천등을 통하여 국민의 건강을 증진시키는 사업을 말한다. 2. “보건교육”이라 함은 개인 또는 집단으로 하여금 건강에 유익한 행위를 자발적으로 수행하도록 하는 교육을 말한다. 3. “영양개선”이라 함은 개인 또는 집단이 균형된 식생활을 통하여 건강을 개선시키는 것을 말한다. 4. “신체활동장려”란 개인 또는 집단이 일상생활 중 신체의 근육을 활용하여 에너지를 소비하는 모든 활동을 자발적으로 적극 수행하도록 장려하는 것을 말한다. 5. “건강관리”란 개인 또는 집단이 건강에 유익한 행위를 지속적으로 수행함으로써 건강한 상태를 유지하는 것을 말한다. 6. “건강친화제도”란 근로자의 건강증진을 위하여 직장 내 문화 및 환경을 건강친화적으로 조성하고, 근로자가 자신의 건강관리를 적극적으로 수행할 수 있도록 교육, 상담 프로그램 등을 지원하는 것을 말한다. [제목개정 2019. 12. 3.] 제3조(책임) ① 국가 및 지방자치단체는 건강에 관한 국민의 관심을 높이고 국민건강을 증진할 책임을 진다. ② 모든 국민은 자신 및 가족의 건강을 증진하도록 노력하여야 하며, 타인의 건강에 해를 끼치는 행위를 하여서는 아니된다. 제3조의2(보건의 날) ① 보건에 대한 국민의 이해와 관심을 높이기 위하여 매년 4월 7일을 보건의 날로 정하며, 보건의 날부터 1주간을 건강주간으로 한다. ② 국가와 지방자치
