UML을 이용한 3차원 공간정보 건물 데이터 모델 구축 저자 김병선, 정다운, 홍상기 소속 안양대학교 스마트도시공간연구소, 안양대학교, 안양대학교 학술지정보 한국지형공간정보학회지 발행정보 한국지형공간정보학회 2018년 자료제공처 NRF 주제분야 공학 > 토목공학 ​ <초록> 본 연구는 3차원 공간정보 중 활용도가 가장 높은 건물을 대상으로 공간정보 데이터 모델을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위한 단계로는, 첫 번째로 국내·외에서 사용하고 있는 3차원 데이터 모델의 현황에 대해 비교 분석하여 데이터 모델 개발을 위한 참조 프레임워크로 공간정보 국제 표준인 CityGML을 선정하였다. 그리고 국내 2차원 공간정보 데이터 모델과 수요 조사 내용을 통해 도출한 데이터 모델 표준 관련 필수-확장 항목들을 CityGML의 건물 클래스와 비교한 후, UML과 CityGML의 ADE를 통해 3차원 건물 데이터 모델을 구축하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 데이터 모델은 향후 국가 차원에서 3차원 건물 데이터를 교환하고 저장 관리하기 위한 데이터 포맷으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. ​ 저희   (주)한국녹색인증원은  ' 지속가능한 저탄소 녹색건축인증 기술연구소 '의 전문기업으로 설립되어,  빠른 제도 변화와 변 모하는 건설환경에 이바지하고자 합니다.  (주))한국녹색인증원은  건축, 도시, 생태분야가   녹색건축물 에 접목될 수 있도록  적절한 요소분석을 통해   에너지 절감형 건축, 자생적 생태환경, 온열환경, 빛환경 의 면밀한 조사와 연구로  고객의 삶의 질 향상 및 더 나아가 인류의 존속성에 그 목적을 두고 있습니다. 한국녹색인증원은 친환경컨설팅 전문업체로 주택성능등급, 그린홈, 에너지소비총량제, 에너지성능지표검토서, 건물에너지효율등급, 장수명주택
